In the order dated 1-7-2016 in the third last line from the word "and to the year 2011" from the second last line to be deleted and the word "are" to be substituted by the word "is". The fourth last line of the order would accordingly read thus: "The Civil Application is accordingly allowed resultantly the First Appeal No.514 of 2012 is restored to file".
