At the outset, the learned APP on instructions submitted that, the Application preferred by the Petitioner below Exhibit-2 in Sessions Case No.525 of 2020 arising out of the C.R. No.26 of 2020 registered with D.B. Marg Police Station, has already been rejected by the Trial Court by its Order dated 23rd September 2022. Present Petition therefore does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
