Heard Mr. Holamagi, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Parekh, learned Counsel for the respondents at length. 2.

Mr. Holamagi states that the petitioner is present in the Court. He has tendered photo copy of his PAN Card, which is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. Upon taking instructions from him, he assures that within one week from today, the petitioner will deposit amount @ Rs.39,000/- per month from 9th December, 2014 till 22nd February, 2018 which comes to Rs. 12,07,114/-, after deducting Rs.2,36,600/-. 3.

In view thereof, at the request of Mr. Holamagi, hearing of this Petition is deferred till 4th September, 2018 at 3.00 p.m, to be listed in the supplementary board. It is expressly made clear that if the petitioner does not deposit amount of Rs. 12,07,114/- in this Court within one week from today, the Petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference of the Court.
