Fresh measurement shall be carried out on 22nd March, 2022 and the concerned parties shall be given hearing on 30th March, 2022. Order to be passed by 4th April, 2022. Copies of the material relied upon by the Respondents shall be provided to the Petitioner. In the event of the Order being against the Petitioner, the same shall not be acted upon for a period of one week from the date of service of the Order on the Petitioner. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
