This application is filed by the complainant for allowing her to withdraw amount of Rs.4 Lakhs deposited by her husband Kishor Jadhav as per the order dated 9/8/2017 by this Court passed in ABA No.930/2017. 2.

According to Ms.Sherigar, learned counsel for applicant, when applicant approached the Court of the J.M.F.C. Nashik for withdrawal of Rs.4 Lakhs, her application was rejected as there were no directions issued in the order dated 9/8/2017 in ABA No.930/2017 allowing applicant to withdraw the said amount.

Perusal of the order dated 9/8/2017 reveals that on applicant's making payment of Rs.4 Lakhs, interim protection granted was confirmed. Admittedly, trial is yet to conclude.

In that view of the matter, application appears to be premature at this stage and the same is disposed of as such. (P.N. DESHMUKH, J)
