Learned advocate for petitioner, on instructions, submit that dispute has been settled between parties. He places on record letter received from the petitioner instructing him that the matter is settled between the parties. The complainant has agreed to compound the offence in the proceedings pending before Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ichalkarangi. He also produces order dated 20th June 2020 passed by JMFC, Ichalkarangi in respect to the return of property wherein reference is made about settlement between parties. The documents are taken on record. In view of the statement, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed off. Interim stay stands vacated.
