2] Perused the chargesheet. The main accused Yogesh H. Sagvekar of whom Applicant is a nephew and against whom there are serious allegations, has already been ordered to be released on bail by this Court on 15th March, 2021 in Bail Application No.785 of 2021.

3] Since the main accused is already released on bail and there are no criminal antecedents against the present Applicant, in my opinion, Applicant also deserves to be released on bail. In the result following order is passed:-

ORDER

(i) Criminal Bail Application No.1163 of 2021 is allowed (ii) Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 341 of 2019 registered with Bangur Nagar Police Station, Mumbai on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amont.

(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with evidence. (iv) The applicant is permitted to furnish provisional cash bail security in the sum of Rs 25,000/- for a period of eight weeks in lieu of surety.
