This is a Civil Application for condonation of delay of 23 days in filing the appeal.

The learned Counsel for the applicants/appellants submits that the appellants seek relief mainly against MHADA. Respondent Nos.2A and 2B are the private parties. However, they have vacated the suit premises and, therefore, the appellants do not want to seek relief against Respondent Nos.2A and 2B. Respondent No.3 is an employee of MHADA. He submits that the delay of 23 days is 1 / 2
caf.4257.2015_14.doc caused as there was some miscommunication between the advocate and the party and so also, in between, the papers were lost. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent / MHADA submits to the orders of the Court.

In view of the uncontroverted submissions, the delay of 23 days is condoned. Appeal to be numbered and listed for admission after Vacation.
