Having heard learned counsel and learned AGP for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad - Solapur, to consider the proposal dated 17th December, 2010 submitted by the Headmaster of the respondent No.4 seeking approval to the petitioner's appointment to the post of Shikshan Sevak, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit - B", page 16 as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and, all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open to be agitated before the concerned authority. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

In order to enable the respondent No.2 to comply with this order, the petitioner shall remain present before him along with the copy of the said proposal as well as copy of this order on 9th April, 2018 at 11.00 am..
