This is an application for fixing the appeal for early hearing. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that applicant was employed with MSEB. His services are terminated from September2007. He is due for superannuation within a period of five years. On account of termination of service, the applicant is deprived of benefits.

Learned APP submitted that appeal is of 2014. Only on the ground of termination of service no precedence can be given to appeal.

Considering aforesaid circumstances no case is made out for fixing early date of hearing of appeal. Interim Application is rejected.
