Mr. Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh application with respondent No.2 Directorate of Technical Education for taking over Pharmacy College at Solapur. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

In the event, the petitioner files such application within a period of two weeks from today, respondent No.2 the Directorate Technical Education shall dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and in any case preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing such application.

It is expressly made clear that we have not gone into the
