cra.102.2015+_3.doc defendants, seek permission to withdraw these Civil Revision Applications.

Copy of the consent terms are taken on record and marked exhibit A for identification. The statement made by the learned Counsel at the bar is accepted.

Both the Civil Revision Applications are allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

In view of the disposal of the Civil Revision Applications, nothing remains in Civil Application No.90 of 2010 and the same is disposed of accordingly.
