For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. The applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.362 of 2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant Smt. Sakina Askari as respondent No.3. The amendment to be carried out within one week from today and to forward the amended copy of the Anticipatory Bail Application No.362 of 2016 to the learned Counsel for the original complainant within same period.
