1] The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that, during the pendency of the present petition, 03 more managing committee members have resigned, which brought the number of managing committee members to 02 and therefore, the administrator has been appointed on the Gabriel Co-operative Housing Society Limited by the Competent Authority.

2] In view thereof, the respondent No.1 is directed to initiate steps to conduct elections of the said Gabriel Co-operative Housing Society Limited, within a period of four weeks from today and to conclude the process of elections as expeditiously as possible as per the provisions of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act and preferably within a period of 12 weeks therefrom.
