PM-1-APPA-303-2015.doc Since the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant would appear before the learned Magistrate and execute a bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount, it is directed that the warrant of arrest issued against the applicant be cancelled. Nevertheless, should the applicant fail to execute the bail bonds as ordered above, the matter shall forthwith be reported by the trial court to this court for further appropriate action.
