Considering the nature of the relief sought and that fair opportunity to be given to the affected party, the interim application is allowed. The Applicant is permitted to be joined as party respondent. Amendment to be carried out by the Petitioner within a period of one week.

It is open to the added Respondent to file reply affidavit within a period of two weeks thereafter.
