This is an application for return of passport and to travel abroad, particularly at Dubai.

The applicant intends to travel between 5th March 2016 to 17th March 2016 to Dubai. The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that on earlier three occasions this Court by its orders dated 27.2.2015, 8.5.2015 and 12.2.2016 permitted the applicant to travel abroad for his business purposes. The copies of the said orders are annexed to the present application. The applicant has also affirmed an affidavit dated 3rd March

appp.186-2016 2016 and has annexed photo copy of the E-ticket of his journey issued by the concerned Airlines.

For the reasons stated in the application and affidavit dated 3rd March 2016, I am inclined to allow the present application. Hence, the following order:- (i) The Investigating Officer/Senior Police Inspector Boivali Police Station is hereby directed to return the passport of the applicant on his giving itinerary. The said pass-port be handed over to the applicant on or before 8.00 p.m. on 4th March 2016.

(ii) On his return, the applicant shall hand over his passport to the Investigating Officer/Senior Police Inspector Boivali Police Station on or before 19th March 2016.
