This Petition seeks review of the order dated 19 October 2018 in Writ Petition No.13870 of 2018 passed by the Division by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

The learned counsel for the Respondent states that the

rsk 2 915-RPW-ST-5833-19.doc impugned order is already implemented by the State, approval is granted and even salary has been paid. Even otherwise, we find that the order under review follows the earlier judgment in Writ Petition No.8587 of 2016 dated 10 July 2017. Nothing is placed before us as to whether the judgment and order dated 10 July 2017 was challenged and the challenge was successful and orders were set aside. 3.

Since the order under review does not lay down any new position of law and that the said order has already been implemented, we find no reason to exercise review jurisdiction. In view of the same, no purpose will be served by condoning the delay. 4.

Both the Review Petition and the Interim application are disposed of.
