Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State. 2.
The aforesaid matter was kept today for recording compliance of the order dated 05.10.2015. As far as the applicant in
B.A.No.508 of 2015 is concerned, the applicant has complied with the undertaking, inasmuch as, he has deposited the 1st instalment of Rs.14,00,000/- within the time frame given in the undertaking. As far as the applicant in B.A.No.934 of 2015 is concerned, he states that he is still in custody in connection with another C.R. He states that his period of four weeks for making payment pursuant to the undertaking, has not come to an end till date. As far as the applicant in B.A.No.813 of 2015 is concerned, the applicant has not complied with the undertaking given to this Court. The applicant has filed an Application, being Cri.Appln.No.887 of 2015 seeking extension of time to deposit the 1st instalment. As the said application was not on board, a praecipe was filed. Accordingly, the said application was taken on board along with the aforesaid applications. By this application, being
Cri.Appln.No.679 of 2015 in B.A.No.508 of 2015, the applicant has sought extension of time to deposit the 1st instalment of Rs.7,50,000/-. The learned counsel for the said applicant states that the applicant was unable to sell his property and hence seeks for time to arrange the said amount.

Learned counsel for the applicant on the instructions of the applicant, who is present in Court states that the applicant will deposit the 1st instalment of Rs.7,50,000/- within a fortnight from today. The said statement is accepted. It is made clear, that no further extension will be granted for depositing the said amount of Rs.7,50,000/-.

Stand over to 17.11.2015. To be placed High On Board under the caption 'For Directions', for reporting compliance with
respect to the undertakings given by each of the applicants and for reporting compliance of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant in Cri.Appln.No.887 of 2015.
