By this application, the applicants have prayed for recalling the conditional order dated 8.12.2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) and for restoration of the petition after condoning the delay of 14 days in filing the application.

By order dated 18.12.2015, the applicants were given four weeks time to remove the office

As the applicants did not remove the office objections, registration of Writ Petition was refused. Ms. Yadav states that notices in the main Petition were not issued and within one week from today she will remove office objections if Writ Petition is restored. 5.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Writ Petition is restored to its original position. Office objections to be removed within one week from today, failing which the order dated 18.12.2015 shall stand revived without further reference to the Court. Civil Application is disposed of. Order accordingly.
