As the applicant volunteered that he shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- with the investigating officer within a period of four weeks, the said statement is accepted in the form of an undertaking.

Perused the contents of the FIR. In the above referred background, in my view, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is unwarranted. In view thereof, in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend police station on 05th, 8th and 13th December 2016 between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when called for.
