The petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of the Revision Application No.100 of 2022 that has been preferred by him before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In the said proceedings, the petitioner seeks a declaration that he isdeemed to be confirmed in service on the post of 'Naib Tahasildar' from 11th August 2004 and not 28th April 2014. It is seen that the Original Application was filed in the year 2022 and presently the matter is pending before the Tribunal. 3.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal

ppn 2 11.wp-3077.24.doc making a prayer to expeditiously consider the aforesaid Original Application. If such application is made, the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal is free to consider the same in accordance with law. 4.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. All points raised are kept open.
