Learned Counsel for respondents submits that respondent Nos.3 to 5 have retired from the partnership firm. The learned Counsel submits that the order of the Court, which is the subject matter of contempt, is already complied with and, therefore, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition. The learned Counsel for the petitioner confirms that the parties have filed consent terms with some modifications and the parties have agreed to settle the matter. In view of this, the learned Counsel submits that nothing survives in this petition and the petition be disposed of.
