After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of CR No. 160/2017 registered with Dehu Road Police Station, Pune (Rural) under section 302 of IPC, culminated in Sessions Case No. 624/2017 pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune does not commence within a period one year from today.
Leave and liberty granted.
