Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Special P. P. for the C.B.I.

By this application, the applicant seeks permission to travel abroad to Fukuoka, Japan from 19th June, 2016 to 10th July, 2016. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that earlier on two occasions, the applicant was permitted to travel abroad by this Court. 1/3

Learned Special P.P submits that the applicant be directed to furnish a copy of the Itinerary/Programme where the applicant intends to travel. 4.

It appears that this Court vide order dated 17th January, 2011 and 2nd May, 2011 had permitted the applicant to travel to Srilanka and U.S.A respectively.

Perused the application. The applicant is permitted to travel to Fukuoka, Japan from 19th June to 10th July, 2016. However, the applicant shall furnish to the C.B.I, the Programme/Itinerary where the applicant intends to travel during the said period i.e. 19th June, 2016 to 10th July, 2016.

The application is allowed on the aforesaid terms and is disposed of.
