P.C.:- Mr. Rais, learned counsel appearing for the RespondentCorporation submitted that, in furtherance of Orders dated 17th September, 2019 and 15th October, 2019, the Corporation has decided the proposal of the Appellant and has communicated its decision to it, through proper channel. He submitted that, thus, the Orders passed by this Court earlier are complied with.

Learned counsel for the Appellant has grievance about the rejection about Appellant's proposal on merits. The same gives rise to a 1/2

ssm 2 4-aost5844.19.doc separate cause of action. Appellant is at liberty to adopt appropriate remedy, if so advised.

Appeal from Order is accordingly disposed off. In view of disposal of Appeal from Order itself, Civil Application (Stamp) No. 5845 of 2019 does not survive and is also disposed off.
