The impugned order dated 06.06.2018 is passed by the District Magistrate under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. The Petitioners have remedy before the DRT. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is dismissed with a liberty to the Petitioners to approach the DRT to challenge the impugned order.
