The Applicant was granted bail vide order dated 14.01.2019 in connection with CR No.239 of 2018 registered with Powai Police Station, Mumbai. The applicant was permitted to furnish cash security bail of Rs. 25, 000/- in lieu of surety for a period of six weeks. It is submitted that the due to lack of funds, the applicant executed the bail bond after two weeks from the date of the order. It is submitted Borey 1/2

In view of above submission, the facility of furnishing cash security granted by this court vide order dated 14.01.2019 in criminal bail application no. 2691 of 2018, is extended by a period of four weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety in accordance with the said order. This criminal application is disposed of.
