The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 7 of 2021, registered at Kandivali Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 307, 324, 506(ii), 143, 145, 147, 149 of Indian Penal Code read with Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000. The applicant was arrested on 7th January, 2021 and is already chargesheeted.

I am informed that there no criminal antecedents. 3.

The other similarly placed accused persons Rohit Kagada and Yogesh Tak are already ordered to be released by this Court. The case of the prosecution appears to be similar to that of said accused. Hence, the application is allowed on following terms and conditions :

O R D E R

(i) The applicant be released on bail in Crime No.7 of 2021, registered with Kandivali Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 307, 324, 506(ii), 143, 145, 147, 149 of Indian Penal Code read with Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000, on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall neither influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence. (iii) Till the Charge is framed, the applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of Kandivali Police Station.
