Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the applicants have made out a case for setting aside the order dated 15th January 2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) on the condition that the applicants remove all office objection within three weeks from today. It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed within three weeks, the order dated 15th January 2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) to stand restored to file and the order of setting aside the order dated 15th January 2019 to stand vacated without further reference to the Court.

If all office objections are removed by the applicants, place the second appeal on board for 'Admission' as per CIMS date. R.D.DHANUKA, J.
