We are of the opinion that the petitioner can challenge the order / inaction of the authority in allegedly not mutating the petitioner's name in the record of rights / 7-12 extracts pertaining to immovable property. In view thereof and in the light of multiple alternate efficacious remedies, the Writ petition is not maintainable, it is disposed of.
