Heard Mr. P.K. Hushing, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.Soniya Miskin, learned counsel for respondent No.1. 2.

The matter was heard on 26.3.2019. In the order dated 26.3.2019, statements of Ms. Miskin that the defendants will hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises to the plaintiffs on or before 10.4.2019 and that they will not seek further extension of time, was recorded. The matter was adjourned till today for reporting compliance.

Ms. Miskin states that the defendants have handed over possession of the suit premises to the plaintiffs on 10.4.2019. Mr. Hushing states that Chandrashekhar Ganesh Joshi, petitioner No.1 is 1 / 2

2 3.wp.5001-98 present in the Court today. He has tendered a photo-copy of his Aadhaar Card, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Upon taking instructions from him, Mr. Hushing states that the plaintiffs received the possession of the suit premises on 11.4.2019.
