This Revision Application is filed against the order dated 14/10/2003 passed by the Additional Chief Judge, Small Causes Court at Bandra in R.A.E. & R. Suit No.1274/4129 of 1984. By the impugned judgment, the learned Additional Chief Judge has set-aside the order passed by the Trial Court and consequently, decreed the suit and directed the Applicant herein to handover peaceful and vacant possession of the suit premises to the Respondent/original claimant. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that during the pendency of this Application, the building has been demolished and that the building is reconstructed. She further submits that the Applicant and the Respondents have already arrived at settlement and nothing 1/2
