Heard. Admit. Liberty is granted to apply for fixed date of hearing.

The grievance of the Applicant is that the Respondent wife disturbs the Applicant by entering into his office premises and also his mother's house. It is submitted that it has become difficult for the respondent -husband to work peacefully in the office premises. 3.
This allegation, however, is denied by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-wife. It is submitted that no particulars have been mentioned in paragraph 9 of the application regarding the harassment.

The Appellant has challenged the order passed by the Family 1/2
- 2 - CAM 94 of 2015 Court, dismissing his petition for annulment on the ground of mental disorder and in the appeal, civil application is taken out by the Applicant.

Though the allegation is denied, since it is innocuous order of injunction, granting interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b), this interim order will not be treated as a ground for establishing the case Appellant-husband.
