The Applicant apprehends his arrest in C.R.No.04/2021 registered with Mankhurd Police Station, Mumbai for offences punishable under sections 384, 386, 387, 420, 506(II) r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court, after considering the nature of accusations against the Applicant, had by order dated 09/03/2021, granted interim bail to the Applicant. Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and that he has been interrogated. He states that investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed. Hence, no case is made out for custodial 1/2

The Applicant shall keep the Investigating Officer informed of his current address and mobile contact numbers, and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time.
