The Learned Advocate appearing for the Appellants has tendered her Vakalatnama with 'no objection' of the earlier Advocate Mr.C. V. Lad. The same is directed to be taken on record.

Mr.Hiraji Chandrakant Mane, the Appellant No.1 is present in Court. He has informed the Court that the Appellants are desirous of withdrawing the above Second Appeals and Civil Applications. He has produced his original Aadhar Card bearing No. 8107 3142 5075. Since he has already given a photocopy of his Aadhar Card,

The Advocate appearing for the Appellants has tendered four Affidavits executed by the Appellants seeking to withdraw the above Second Appeals. The said four Affidavits of the Appellants are taken on record and marked Exhibits X-1 to X-4. Both the above Second Appeals and the Civil Applications are disposed off as withdrawn.
