After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners be permitted to file a representation in regard to the relief claimed, before the competent authority and the said authority be directed to consider the Petitioners' prayer and take appropriate decision on it. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this Petition with liberty to the Petitioners to submit detailed representation with supporting documents before the competent Vishal Parekar 1/2

On receipt of the said representation, the competent authority shall examine the Petitioners' claim keeping in view the averments made in the representation and the judgments on which the Petitioners may rely. The decision as aforesaid be taken within three months from the date of receipt of the said representation. 5.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
