Petitioner Bhanudas Baburao Yadav is present in Court. He is identified by learned counsel appearing for petitioner. The petition was filed seeking Writ of Habeas Corpus. According to petitioner his niece Asmita Yadav was missing since the year 2013 from his custody. At that time she was 15 years of age studying in 9th standard.

Learned APP submits that Asmita is present in Court.

rpa 2/2 wp-907-15.doc Investigating Officer is also present. Alongwith Asmita, Nikil Ankush Nikam - respondent no.2 is present with respondent no.3 Shila Nikam. Learned APP after interacting with the parties submits that respondent no.2 Nikhil Nikam married with Asmita on 18th January, 2016. Respondent no.2 and Asmita both state that they got married and they are living together now. Asmita states that she is not interested to go back and stay with petitioner. Learned APP submits that final report will be submitted in relation to FIR No. 149 of 2014 registered on 19th June, 2013 at Meghwadi Police Station, Mumbai. A Photostat copy issued by Pophale Mangal Karyalay alongwith an affidavit dated 28th January, 2016 is taken on record.
