This Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 19 January 2016 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division Thane. The petition is pending since year 2016. It was listed on 27 June 2016 when none appeared for the Appellant. It was again listed on 04 September 2023 when none appeared for Appellant even on the second call. Even today none appears for the Appellant. It seems that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal. Appeal is dismissed for default. Since the appeal is dismissed nothing survive in the civil application and it is also dismissed.
