The learned AGP on instruction submits that the question involved in this Petition has already been considered and decided by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 834 of 2012 in the case of Bharat Bhimrao Malakwade vs. Divisional Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee and Anr. decided on 29 th August, 2013.

In view of the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the said judgment, this Petition is disposed of. 2.

The impugned order of the Caste Scrutiny Committee stands set aside.

At the consequence, the Respondents are directed to issue Caste Validity Certificate within four weeks. 4.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
