This application is for expeditious hearing of the criminal revision application filed in the year 2012. Perusal of the record, shows that the application had, in fact, been filed in the year 2010, which was to challenge the order dated 9th June, 2006. The application was numbered in the year 2012. This shows that the applicant herself has been thoroughly negligent in prosecuting the present revision application. In the circumstances, there is no case made out for urgency.
