P.C.:- Ms. Mhatre, learned APP on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik-Road Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner was released on COVID-19 Pandemic Emergency Leave from 24th June, 2021 till 20th May, 2022. That, the Petitioner has returned back to the prison on 20th May, 2022.

2) In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
