This is an application for anticipatory bail in an ofence punishable under Sections 306, 324, 341, 143, 147, 149, 504, 506, 323 of IPC.

It is seen that the learned Sessions Court has already rejected the application for ad-interim anticipatory bail.

In this view of the matter, put up after a period of lock down is over.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application as the same is challenging the rejection of the interim anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Court. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the main application is already pending it be expedited. In view thereof, the permission to withdraw the application is granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn.

The learned Sessions Court is requested to consider the disposal of the main application subject to availability of the staf as early as possible.
