In view of bar contained under Section 21(3) of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 (MCOC Act), learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings as

910.aba-634-2023.doc permissible in law. He states that in order to avail the remedy, the interim protection granted by this Court on 23 March 2023 be extended by one week.

Considering the fact that the applicant was protected from 23 March 2023, the same protection is extended by one week from today.

It is made clear that in any case further extension will not be granted.

The anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

In view of dismissal of the anticipatory bail application, nothing to be adjudicated in the interim application. Hence, the interim application is disposed of.
