The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the contract with one had come to an end on 13th March 2023. So far as another person is concerned, he has been directed to stop the work, in view of the finalization of the e-auction process scheduled to be held on 16th March 2023.

In view of the same, the purpose of the Writ Petition stands served. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 4.
