The Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 13 of 2019 for an offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 468, 470, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act. After the arrest on 15th January 2019, the Applicant was subjected to custodial interrogation. 2.

There are no criminal antecedents against the Applicant. Considering the limited role attributed to the Applicant, present Application needs to be allowed. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(A) The Applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 13 of 2019 for an offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 468, 470, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act on executing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- with or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) The Applicant shall neither tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses.

(C) In case if the Applicant is found involved in similar type of offence, prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of bail. 3.
