By these petitions / PILs, which are filed under section 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking an appropriate writ, order and direction, directing Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to forthwith register an offence against Respondent Nos.4 to 9 and investigate the same in accordance with law and take necessary action in accordance with law.

In our view, the Petitioner has an alternate remedy of filing a complaint before the concerned authority and therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this PILs / petitions. Reserving a right of the Petitioner to exhaust an alternate remedy to file a complaint before the concerned authority, both the PILs / petitions are disposed of.
