Heard Mr. Gorade, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants.

The application is taken out for setting aside order dated 6th August 2019 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II). By said order two weeks time was granted to supply copies of the Civil Application No. 1024 of 2018 for issuing notices to

59 IA 2040.22 in RC 2506.19.doc Respondent Nos.1 to 9, failing which the Civil Application was directed to be dismissed without further reference to the Court. 3.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). 4.

The Applicants to supply spare copies of the Civil Application No. 1024 of 2018 within a period of three weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
