The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner Mr. Vivek Salunke, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition so as to enable him to file a fresh appeal keeping in view of the liberty granted by the Sub Divisional Officer, Karad Division, Karad. Permission granted. This Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh appeal as granted by the Sub Divisional Officer, Karad Division, Karad. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
