The petitioner is raising issue of allotment of Government land to the Gram Panchayat. However, the petitioner and his Advocate are absent and cannot assist us. The petition is pending in this Court from the date of institution, namely, 4-3-2013. Although an order was passed on this petition on 29-8-2013, nothing has been done thereafter to render assistance to this Court. We, therefore, dispose of this PIL.
